Simple Weight Loss Meal Plans For Women
Here's the meal plan:
Meal 1: protein shake, 1 scoop of whey protein powder, 1 cup of skim milk
Meal 2: 1 cup of liquid egg whites, with any vegetables. I sometimes just warm eggs up in microwave without veggies. Busy work life at times
Meal 3: 6oz piece of meat with any greens
Meal 4: protein shake with water
Meal 5: 6oz piece of meat with any greens
Eat every two-three hours
Lots and lots of water
On the weekend you will add a healthy carb to the first two meals.
Example: protein shake with 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 1 tbsp of peanut butter
Example 2: chicken, greens and 1 cup of whole wheat rice
When having salad, only use balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Avoid sauce for meats
Limit spices as they contain sodium and can stall you
Coffee is fine, but limit amount. I went from sugar and cream, to having it with milk and sweetener.
My coffee before was 240 calories, now it's 40.
You will feel light headed the first two weeks, this is normal. Your body is going into a shock mode.
Take two fish oil pills daily, this will help with headaches

I stuck to this for 11 months. I had one cheat meal once a month only.
Don't eat anything that isn't listed. Or drink anything
Your drinks should be green tea and water. With the exception of a coffee a day
